i guess no one has ever had this problem, any suggestions to which settings to tweak and how?

i use the recommended settings when i convert the files, its about the size of what my screen can handle, I also tried converting it smaller with less quality for sound and vision. Even tried converting it at high quality too and still no changes.

yeah i've tried that but never messed with the settings, i am using tcmp and the youtube app that came with the custom rom

Re: [UPDATED 9/30/08] v16 WDMs 2D Diamond ROM w/ UC I installed that HTC performance app and it runs a bit smoother now after a hard reset. the full version gots a gang of programs and games though, i think that might have slowed it down. Time to add movies and music now.

alright, tried unlocking using the 2.31v twice already still getting 2.00coke on my phone but when the ruu comes up it says update to 2.31 followed all steps ruu complete to 100% back to stock rom is it safe for a custom one now? am i missing something here?

i've read this over and over again, the .40 version between the 2.31v got me confused a bit. when i get a successful unlock do i flash the custom rom during or after the unlock? thanks again mike

thanks guys but after running the unlocker it say 2.00 not 2.31

how do i know if my phone has gps?

tried to unlock my phone but came through a few problems, my phone said 3.61 coke on it, is it supposed to say 4.0? after all the steps were complete my phone was back to stock, is it safe for me to load a custom rom now or was i supposed to do it during the unlocking process? also it mentioned...
