That is what i was doing after each soft reset or turning the phone on. So I know that will work but you might get tired of doing that all the time.

Yes this is normal. My understanding is that the program is only used to send pics.

Ok, I replaced the config.xml file with the new file and it worked but when I did a soft reset the file didn't save and I had to recopy and overwrite the file again. Am I missing a step in order for the new file to stick after a soft reset?
