i need help... everytime i download anything from this site it comes out as 003,004 ect... files and i dont know how to extract those files so that it will be read by my phone is there any program that can read those files cuz when i extract its the same file and nothing happens

i need help i'm new to this, i have a sprint HTC Mogul and I'm tryin to get the works like in the video but everytime i download the ultimate launcher rar comes up and the files are in 003,004 ect... files and i cant open them nor know where to put them so it can work on...
