I've been having issues with my phone clock when I active sync - it changes the time back an hour. My calendar on my pc shows the correct time for appointments but when it synchs to my ppc it synchs them an hour behind and changes my clock back an hour. If I adjust the appointment in my ppc...

Dash: Cranked it up slowly to 50000 and don't notice a change - am I doing something wrong? How fast does it take effect? if I am listening to a song and edit the vol registry to 50000 and save - should I notice the change immediately?
