A little help with evdo

Hey whats up guys! I have a problem with my touch pro I received yesterday. It seems others are having the same problem with this as well. I cant connect to evdo. I've been looking on ppcgeeks there is a long thread about the whole thing but i've tried it and does not work hopefully someone here can help me.

1. Dial ##3282#
2. Click Edit and enter your MSL. (Call sprint for your MSL)
3. Tap & Highlight Active Profile.
4. Click Menu then Edit.
5. Change value to 1 then Ok, Ok again.
6. Click Yes to update the items then Ok to reset.

go to start/settings/system/update profile....... and than soft reset and see what that does :>

yeah its been happening to a lot of people that just got the touch pro. there is a thread in sprintusers and ppcgeeks that i've been reading

But everything seems fine now. After I got out of my college i was ready to go to the sprint store since i had put a trouble ticket and they couldn't help me over the phone, so they told me to take it to a store.

Well good thing I decided to check one more time if it was working and magically it connected. Saved myself a trip to a sprint store.

When I came home I read up on some new posts in sprintusers and someone mentioned

"Yeah, I finally got hold of a tech that seemed to know his stuff last night around 9:00 pm and he said the same thing about the provisioning server going down. He said that they expect everything to catch up sometime today (Thursday) and that basically the majority of the people who just bought phones are waiting to be provisioned for data."

So it was all Sprints fault!! damn sprint ruined my first day with the phone :|
