IF you want to have the same Today plugin, you must install the JMLtoday V5.2C available down below
After the installation of JMLToday V5.2C decompress the archive and copy the files in the directory Program files\JMLToday. In the configuration menu of the plugin choose the "JMLToday_WM7 vinsos skin" apply and make a refresh of the titanium with CHomeRefresh

Found these cab over at XDA for easier download ​

You have 2 .cabs-one for all images (with batt.blackhdnude clock.blackhdnude and sys.blackhdnude as Directories )

and the second cab with the .plg - which set JMLToday (5.3+) auomatically to these Directories.

Now you can more .plg's for your images.
