all you have to do is install throttle lock and than once you do that go to start/ program files/throttle lock/ and than overwrite the files using your file explorer of choice.

nothing wrong with the link it worked fine for me.Try firefox like you mentioned on one of of your post you made..

well you have to get 80 psots to be able to see the vip stuff so thats the goal to strive for......

hey there TL themes are not that hard to make .... there is a tutorial to learn about it
