well if you have a mogul or are running windows mobile 6 professional...what you do is first you copy this file and place it in the my documents folder on your device...you could create a folder within my documents called Themes just so you can have an organized folder for future themes to place in, but it doesn't matter, you could just place the files within the my documents folder without an extra folder...once you do this, you go to settings, then click on "today," then you will see a list of that says to select a theme for your device...below will be a selection of stuff that was already on your phone...you should now see one of them with the title of the theme file we just copied into the my documents folder, click on that and than hit ok, and within a few seconds your theme will change right in front of your eyes...enjoy
