- CONVERT YOUR TEXT DATA (csv, txt, etc) into a tree branch to build it into your tree. This allows you to keep working with your old notes and append notes from other sources
- XML-BASED FILE FORMAT allows you to easily access your notes from any other application that reads XML format without using ErgoNotes
- SECURE YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION with a strong GOST encryption algorithm. It allows you to encode any tree node separately with its own password (including taken up encryption)
- SEND YOUR NOTES BY EMAIL and thereby make a back-up copy or just share your information with others
- ALARMS feature can help you keep track of specific and regular events in your life
- THUMB MENU makes operation with tree nodes easier
