Hi n00b here, I did a search, only found one thread relating to my problem, but it wasn't exactly the same.. so here it is:
My touch pro completely froze from an over night charge (home charger), I had to do a soft reset, and find out the battery wasn't charged at all!
This happened 5 times already, and I had the phone for 10 days.
Is it a software problem? or should I exchange it? I called the local sprint stores around me, none of them have the TP in stock...
any tips will be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance.
