HTC TOUCH DIAMOND JPN ROM help

hope everyone is doing fine.

I live in Japan, so i have a htc touch diamond with these characteristics:

Rom Version 1.81.881.2 JPN
Radio version/sign 1.09.25.07
Protocol versio 52.48.25.26H

Touchflo version 3 build 29946

I hope someone out there can help, with these doubts i have.

Most of the apps and tools created at xda-developers, IM GUESSING, are for english roms.
and IM GUESSING again that since my device rolls with a jpn rom, most tools and apps dont function properly with my device.

the reasons that have led me to believe so...

I instaled tf3d config by sushilang, most funcionts work except when i try to change theme it just stalls with no file or current file activity

max tf3d theme editor, read the tutorial and manual various times, and even with the most basic of customizations options that i am able to perform, the effects i deploy are rendered moot.

i download cfc gui, but this is just toooo advanced for me

of the many theories i have cooked its either me who is totally useless (most likely outcome) or it is the ROM.

please tell me its the rom

a solution that i would be happy with

anybody know where there is a tutorial on how to read manila files and edit them

a solution ill have to think about

changing rom language with hard spl, since changing rom already violates the warranty, any recomendations for a ROM that encourages speed and style.

never heard of the rom. i take it you have gsm? we mainly concentrated more on cdma on our site...I suggest getting support from where you got that rom from.But we do have qualify experience staff that can assist in other issues.

yeah im pretty sure he is gsm..... and with japanese roms i wouldnt have any clue but with having the foreign quad band devices (for us in the sates) since not many have them over here. you could try xda sicne i know they do have japanese users there sicne thats how they got their hands on 6.1 and 6.5
