As the title states, this is just a blue theme.
File consists of the following.
Today tsk file - rlToday (bubble) - s2u2 gfx folder - a set of 6 UL icons
rlToday - bubble:
To set your weather for the rlToday theme, open the notiweather as a notepad and make changes - SAVE not saveas.

This folder does not support the Clock A option.
UL Icons:
can be stored on storage card if desired.
There are six in the set.
