themes for t-mobile wing

Hey im new to all of this and i want to download themes to my t-mobile wing but i have no clue how ive tried but when i get to the change theme menu it only shows the themes it came with if someone knows how to do this an can help please do it would be greatly appreciated :triste:

look for a theme you like on this site,download it, sync your phone to your pc, open the folder of your phone and just click and drag over to my documents. when you drag it to my documents then switch themes like u would. and next time look in my sig and read the noob section,
