we were really discussing the touchpro than the diaond came up but this phone(s) are better than the new treo also it didnt make sense since you were talking about the touch pro than posted links to the new treo. but ya sprint probably wont get the new treo. its suppose to be an gsm phone

i guess the htc pro it is .... just need to find out from maybe dash the real thickness of it ... is it is like two touches piled ontop of eachother .....?

the touch is 1/2 inch thick

ya i think its that size or actually 1/2 inch but im not sure but if its really that skinny im sure its going to be huge. as fra as width. but like u said we gotta wait to hear from dash.

yeah why are you linking this??? this is my review of the phone not an open wm discussion... we have threads on that phone and if you want to discuss it please do that there....... and no it isnt the thickness of two that would be huge!!!!! its bout 1/2 inch thick.

so if u put your touch vogue next to your pro its the same width ....?

the vogue is 1/2 thick

if i can get the same size phone as the vogue touch with a pull out keyboard .. wow thats a keeper ... the mogul is allot thicker then the touch to me

now the countdown,.. what did they say for the pro about 3 weeks to a month for release ....????

maybe i can get sprint to take back the touch for a pro .. being that the touch doesnt have picture mail capabilities without 3rd party software and the pro does i think

and being that the pro is said to be almost the same thickness as the touch and thinner then the mogul .. i am excited ....

yup it would be nice to have a phone same thickness as the touch.


but ya now they talking abotu the phone is pushed back and might not come out until like mid october.

its not the same as the touch it is really close though and smaller than the mogul.

well thats good news if its close.


but is it really noticeable. like does it seem alot smaller than the mogul will i notice a difference because i love my mogul but the size and weight isnt doing it for me thats why i activate my touch or centro when i dont wanna carry the big thing

bro i just told you what i thought and the cpmparison..... not much bigger/thicker at all than the touch.
 
Excelent review and rating. I am surprise you haven't been stolen by any of the technical magazines or technical shows as an expert/analyst. I am glad you are with Smart Phone Evolution. Yooooooooou Rock Dash!!!!

hahahaha i do some stuff on the side and this is my baby and i will never leave it..... (too many memories of building this place from scratch with elboriyorker aka elboriyorker) but anyways i do some testing on phones for sprint and now vodafone (as of last week) basically test the phone and write a review and submit itto them and i get to keep the device..... so it works for me lmao.
 
Dash, you rule !!!! I've had my Mogul since July and im ready 2 sell it for this baby. I recently saw the Touch Diamond in LV and I was like "OKAY, if im feelin the diamond like this then I KNOW the touch pro is gonna be hella tight" :yahoo: I cant wait :yahoo:

Thanks for your thorough review of this phone man!! This is actually what I wanted from a phone when I got my Touch. I just hope I will be able to get my hands on one.

One feature I'm a little disappointed about not being included is the front camera. Although not a huge deal, I always am looking forward to the future with newer features and technologies packed into these tiny hand-held devices... ...and thinking about being able to look at someone while talking to them (and vice-versa) seemed like another entertaining prospect.

In any case, the lack of it won't stop my desire for (or need to get) the Touch Pro. I just hope the thing won't break my bank account!
