bro there are sooo many things you can mean by that statement..... if your talking on the themes like this you take the .theme file and add it to a folder you will crate yourself called themes. than you will use the TF3D config tool 0.6.7. inside the thread for the config tool you will see a video guiding you through the steps that i made.
do you have a screenshot or a video because im having trouble trying to imagine what it is fully doing.
