ICube For The Mogul

Hi,

I have the cube loaded on my mogul. Works great. I wanted to experiment with changing the icons to one I designed. I was able to change the name under the icon but the icon I was replacing it wouldn't change. I tried putting the new icon in the same folder as the rest of the icons, but still didn't work. Even tried switching the im idon with the mail icon, but that didn't work either. If I create a icon with a brn format should I be able to make my own icons.

yes you will, they have to be brn icons otherwise wont work for you :<

to soft reset you use the stylus and stick it in the small hole onm the bottom of the phone by where the micro sd card inerts.... and for backign up you could use an applike resco backup, sprite backup, selboriyorker backup, etc etc
 
hey dash I can't change the setting it says I have to have htc touchflo instald. witch I do and I can't figure why its not working. the cube is great but have a few dead icons that don't work. is there a way to make the 4 sided cube to have 6 sides or no? also how do I change the icons that's aree already up because the 3 bottom icons are the same on both sides of the cube.

than use the cube config tool 4.1 and all you will have to do is change it through there.
 
hey dash just wanted to say thanks for this and alllllllllllllllllllllllll the appl that you put out man. works really good on my mogul.
 
I need help with ICube for my Mogul.
Ok, first I would like to acknowledge that I am a bit behind the curve. Just a couple of weeks ago, I upgraded the rom on my phone from the Sprint website to Windows mobile 6.1. Then, I installed Manilla2d and it works like a charm. I then installed the ICube interface from this thread, and again, works beautifully. All the instructions were so well laid out that even a noob like me could follow them. But I don't use the ICube so I would like to uninstall it since I could use all the free space I can get on my Mogul. I have tried to uninstall and I am having trouble.
I go to Settings/System/Remove Programs. The only programs in memory are "xda-developers HTC cube" and "MusicMan_ Zyphlin iCube". When I select either one and click on remove, I get the standard warning message that asks if I am sure, and I click yes. Then the wait icon rotates a few times and thats it. My phone locks up. Screen goes black after a while and green LED keeps flashing, but nothing else. I have let it sit that way for about 30min. Then I soft reset and everything is fine and all programs are still intact and working perfectly.
I have done a search and while I have found where others are instructed to uninstall and re-install, I haven't been able to find my problem anywhere. I am totally lost.

i looked at your profile and that told me the answer so by not reading through this thread you wasted a lot of time unfortunately.... you have WM 6.1 and all of the custom cubes besides musicflo wont work on 6.1 since they are strictly made from the 6.0 interface :<
