Hi all,

My name is Taylor, I just yesterday got a Touch Pro for sprint yesterday, I have had some time to learn the basics of the phone, and love alot of the qualities. Though I am running into some problems, freezing, screen turns black etc. I found this site by watching some videos on Youtube. Anyways just looking for support.

you will be cool here, thats what that stock rom does, you will also notice heating issues..... i would recommend reading up and think about flashing to a custom rom, not only will a custom rom make your device perform faster it will also fix alot of the bugs, give you wm 6.5 if wanted, (6.1 roms still available and cokked) and so on..... custom is where it is at and you will know why from the minute that you flash,,,,, but anyways welcome to the site and you have came to the right place for your touch pro :)

ps: if you bought at sprint just recently i would recomend using your 30 day upgrade on the 13th of september because the touch pro 2 is being released.

what up my name is chris from KC, MO and I am a new htp owner. Got my brothers from him b/c he didn't like it. Had the instinct before that. Gonna do some reading up any threads you all recommend to get started? Thanks

Hello Taylor,

You picked a great site. I've been here for a bit now and this site has some guys/gals with a lot of knowledge. I've been at other sites but I find everyone here is genuinely trying to help. There is A LOT of info so take some time and find your way around. I too have the Touch Pro and I agree with Dash. Try a few of the custom ROMs out there and you'll never go back to the Sprint Stock Rom.

Easy to do...Just read up on it. More then happy to help if you need it. Just ask
