[HTC-TOUCH] Official Vogue/Touch rom 3.03.651.4_2 for CDMA versions ONLY

I flashed this rom yesterdAy and followed the instructions to a T I still can't seem to get a gps lock what are the extra steps I have to take I have the google maps and also even though it still says EV is it running the rev-A. I also did a search on here and nothing really helped thanks in advance

happened to me also, thats why iwent back to mustan-tech

i used to get locks with live search first and then googlemaps will pick up your location afterwards

my country code is 510 so, it's make I can't upgrade my ROM

if my sprint htc touch is locked on sprint right now what do i need to do to make it so i can use it for metro pcs phone service any help out there?? i dont have access to a computer very much so a phone call would be nuce at ...................... thanks so much

dude, i suggest not giving out private information next time. and I dont believe it can be done but i wouldnt be skeptical b.c its been done with cricket...my suggestion is search around google, that will be the best thing
 
basically since they are both cdma providers if you flash the sprint phone to the rom of theirs they will have to activate it since it is running there rom..... than you do your thang with it and go custom or whatever and they will never know :> all they really pay attention to is the logo on start-up.

yes but this is outdated. we have the newest swprint touch rom which enables WM 6.1, rev a internet speeds, and gps on your phone :> you can also find over at www.htc.com

no it shoulodn't work for the touch pro because it's a different phone

So back to the original question....does this ROM work for my Touch PRO?
I have ROM ver. 1.03.651.3 Date 9/12/08
 
Ok thats what I thought because I am running this ROM right now.. Working well so far except I cannot for the life of me get a GPS lock with Live Search or Google Maps although I did get it once after I soft reset after flashing but otherwise I cannot get a lock and its really irritating .

If i am not mistaken you need to flash a gps enabled rom , go down into my Sig an read how to flash a rom.

did you take the battery out and hard reset after flash? this will have gps built in and what are your gps baud rates and such set at?
