hahhahah bout time that they got the ***** up.... they are messed up at sprint and delayed all those that paid for the overnight on thursday to send out till saturday so they wouldnt get there before monday. the online orders were behind so they would have less of a rush on release day. :crigon_02:

true that does work for sure just depends on who you get in retentions as well as how long you have been a sprint and or nextel customer...... they also take into hand how many lines of service that you have also....... the better/more of the above that you have the better chance that you have at them giving you an even exchange or the ill pay the difference exchange.

i'm a new customer since march 08 i think? and only have 2 lines on it. but know what else? the damn sprint guy was trying to tell some guy that his touch doesn't ahve voice turn by turn gps and his treo 800w does! lmao stupid people

hahahahaha i would have been laughing my ass off and i would have called him out in front of the customer than showed the update to the customer on the htc site through my phone lmao..... i love the people that sprint hires lmao.
