I went to a sprint store to try and get a newer vogue (mines is scratched up on the sides) and told them that my phone has always been dropping calls. They turned me away by saying they "fixed" the problem. I never returned. Then maybe a week or so ago I got a courtesy call from sprint (arent i lucky?) asking if i was enjoying service or if I had any problems. What happen was basically in this order:
Dropping calls, horrible store service, rep/tech/retentions/whomever it was apologized, "can I get a new phone and not a refurb?", "can i have the updated version of the touch?"....
And now I have a TD and a spare Vogue. It just sucks that they were out of stock of TPs (and I think they still are). I will give getting a TP another try and see what happens once they are back.

Anyone got any other ideas? I emailed him and the rep said the most I can do is call Asurion and get a refurbished Touch and I was like thinking why would I want that? EVER?
So I am not sure what to do.. Should I email again? And complain more? Or contact retentions or tell them more stuff is going on or what?

Yeah I sent this one dude like 5 emails asking about all I could.. All he said was refurb or wait for your contract or buy full price.. Which I am not doing lol

They charge me every month about 3 bucks for a game on a phone that is my mom's on our plan.. she doesnt even know how to download a game.. and the game is NOT on her phone but we pay for it.. its been happening for like months... its racking up lol
finally i got the game charge off by going into the content manager on her phone and it said we payed for it but we didnt and we have told them but yeah.. so thats a mistake because we didnt do it.. its a huge one... but lets see.. they have messed up a LOT of times but usually i just call and they take it off.. like there was a data charge for 70 bucks on a line that had unlimited data and the lady told me i would be fine using data the day i took the plan off (before i took it off) and then i got charged...
oh and i have had 6 bad Moto Q's all with dust inside that the tech said to even swap out because it will mess up the processor if it gets deep inside.. before they gave me my Touch because of it...
Umm... They took picture mail off my account without asking me once.. (We got them to take my data bill in half.. and they said I would not loose features but instead they took off TV, Pic mail, and Music store without telling me)
