I read all of the pages and is it true that the htc touch pro can use up to a 32gb sdhc card that is grate if it is true I hope it is.:smilese::smilese:
 
You know whats funny after I was reading back through all of these. I can tell you it is all who you get on the line (In retentions Dept.) Because I had to call in 4 times and state my cause over and over again. The first three were saying just what everyone else was getting told.

After I got the fourth rep, I got a young gal, and I kind of hit on her (Now I know it sounds dumb, but when someone likes you more, and you arn't just another dick customer, and you treat them with respect, and say I know this isn't your fault but I am so frustrated (with whatever this situation is), then they are WAY more willing to do things for you.) Anyways, kind of hit on her or whatever you want to call it, played it cool, asked her where the calling center was out of that she was at, and after a short talk on that, I said hey listen what can you really do for me?

She said well the TP is still back ordered, and then she said BUT......RIGHT then I interrupted her and was like she is willing to do it! So I jumped on it and said you know what if you can tell me I will be getting something diff. from what I have now, and all I have to do is wait a week or two even, then I am willing to wait. She said ok, and ran the order through. I didn't even have to pay for shipping.

So play it cool, and be respective to the REP. and don't give up on the first try either..

my touch pro is arriving later on this day :roooox::roooox::alcohol:.. but my homie called retention a few times and they weren't budging and he has the mogul and what basically got them to budge was the last time he calculated how much money they would have been loosing if he left when it pertained to the cost of ending his service. it was like 1500 compared to 200 or something like that... lol.. they started to talk after that... YA DIG.. THEY WANT THAT MONEY!!!!! lol :Laie_41mini:

custom rom at first than do a search for touch pro* essentials and you will find some of what you are looking for.... be original and make it your own since everyone has a different style to modding based on their uses.
 
yeah i called retentions as well and they werent budging for me, i have had so many freex=zing and locking up problems for my touchits ridiculous, i am currently about to be on my 4th touch if they send me a new one. i explained everything wrong with it including some of the coorporate service that was terrible when i went. they erased all my contacts and i am experiencing more problems since they took in in the back. good thing is that i talked to a rep in advanced tech support and she noted my account for a swap device, me and her talked about the pro, and in the notes it says keyboarded device. and her manager was supposd to call back to finalize the swap cuz at the time the stores were closed, never got the call back and i still have no new tp or new phone. any solutions to my problem because i would really love to get a tp free of charge or atleast a heck of a deal
 
Finally I am getting a Touch Pro when they come back in stock! Which is taking FOREVER apparently.. ???? (weeks? wtf)

I havent been on the Forum much.. If you must you can read my long winded but ironically short winded in comparison to what really happend about what happened to my computer and not having a working OS for a couple days..
 
are they charging you for it? and i was told that they cant give it for free anymore becuz theyre not allowed to do equipment credits

he got his for 75 bucks and got to keep his vogue.... not a bad deal and they do give discounts below the 2 year price even though they say that they dont.
 
hey. so i didn't want to do any talking with retentions or anything like that. is there a way that i can mess up my phone so i can use the insurance to try and upgrade or so i can take it to a sprint store and they not be able to fix it? i did something like that before where i got my bluetooth light to stay on and it wouldn't turn off and they couldn't do anything about it either. anybody know if there is something like that i can try?

umm if you do anything b sure to flash everything back to stock cause if you don't and take it in with a custom rom your screwed, and they probably will only upgrade you to the touch anyways with the pro being backordered an all...
