You know whats funny after I was reading back through all of these. I can tell you it is all who you get on the line (In retentions Dept.) Because I had to call in 4 times and state my cause over and over again. The first three were saying just what everyone else was getting told.
After I got the fourth rep, I got a young gal, and I kind of hit on her (Now I know it sounds dumb, but when someone likes you more, and you arn't just another dick customer, and you treat them with respect, and say I know this isn't your fault but I am so frustrated (with whatever this situation is), then they are WAY more willing to do things for you.) Anyways, kind of hit on her or whatever you want to call it, played it cool, asked her where the calling center was out of that she was at, and after a short talk on that, I said hey listen what can you really do for me?
She said well the TP is still back ordered, and then she said BUT......RIGHT then I interrupted her and was like she is willing to do it! So I jumped on it and said you know what if you can tell me I will be getting something diff. from what I have now, and all I have to do is wait a week or two even, then I am willing to wait. She said ok, and ran the order through. I didn't even have to pay for shipping.
So play it cool, and be respective to the REP. and don't give up on the first try either..
