Couldn't have said it better myself.Sweetie, it's not that the company sucks, it's that the people in the stores sometimes don't want to do their jobs, or essentially, their hands are tied. With an outrageous number posted as a loss for the last quarter, Sprint has been cracking down on how they do exchanges and things of late. Yes, I used to walk into a store and get a new phone on the spot and get to upgrade whenever I wanted, because I knew the store manager. Times, they are ever changing.
If you are having an issue, the "golden" rule is to keep trying until you get someone who gives you the right answer. Go to another store. Get online, and go through a chat with a customer service representative. The reason I suggest the chat is because at the close of the session, they automatically send a transcript, and you have a record of what was promised.
Patience, it will get better, you just have to keep trying. After all, you are getting a replacement, refurbished or not, but a replacement nonetheless, and you are not going to have to pay for it.

I agree, we each all have our own issues with whatever carrier we are with. We can't always be satisfied all the time with everything that we have. Life comes with dissappointments from time to time. You just have to pick up learn and move on cause time stops for no one. Also just because you have one bad experience it is not going to kill you.hey guys, elboriyorker said this before, but we dont want THIS kinds of threads here like "sprints sucks, verizon sucks, t-mobile sucks........" we all have some problems with our carriers, believe we do, but we dont want this because it can start useless problems.... sorry you feel that way, as i can feel your pain right about now, but please no mre " i hate my carrier threads" thanks.

Same thing happened to me bro i just went today bc my girls phone had an oil smudge , this was her third replacment i went thinking i was going to get a tp2 nope , they said i needed to have four tp before they could exchange they do suck
I think it varies store to store. My local service center, which is pretty darn good, says they'll replace my Touch Pro if I want (it was having a GPS issue I have actually fixed since.) Problem is, they don't have any TP2s in stock, can't get any right now, and are offering BBs or other "lesser" devices instead of a TP2.
